 From March 4 - 7, join U of T's entrepreneurial community at 15+ events showcasing, celebrating, and rewarding innovation and startup activity at U of T.

With over 650 venture-backed companies launched in the past decade, U of T is ranked as one of the top universities for founders, a top five university-managed incubator globally, and #1 in Canada for research-based startups.

All are welcome at this week of public events – alumni, students, mentors, business leaders, investors and anyone else who wants to be inspired and learn why U of T is the place to innovate.

True Blue Impact Day

On March 7, True Blue Impact Day culminates U of T Entrepreneurship Week with a day of high-impact in-person and online events:

  • Cheer on the 11 U of T startups shortlisted as they compete for $100,000 in prizes at the Desjardins Startup Prize Pitch Competition  (In-Person & Livestreamed)

  • Tune into the Desjardins Speaker Series Keynote for a candid conversation with Allen Lau (BASc 1991, MASc 1992) and Eva Lau (BASc 1992), the alumni founders and investors behind Wattpad and Two Small Fish Ventures. (In-Person & Livestreamed)

  • Connect with 40+ startup founders, campus accelerators and community partners at the True Blue Expo (In-Person only)
