The food you choose every day has the capacity to regulate your mood or increase your anxiety. Gut health and mental health are intimately linked. In her presentation, Dr. Natalie Bozinovski ND (MSC 2009) shows you how to choose the foods that can regulate your digestion and your mood. Q&A to follow.

Dr. Natalie Bozinovski ND., MSc. is a licensed naturopathic doctor, speaker and published author. Her strong background in complementary medicine and nutrition research is founded on academic credentials including an honours degree in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Economics from the University of Waterloo (graduated with distinction); a Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto; and a Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Bozinovski believes that optimized health is the core foundation of a fulfilled life.
