Discover strategies to build presence, ease nerves and communicate with impact in this performance skills workshop for professionals.
Step into the spotlight - no opera training required! In this interactive workshop, internationally acclaimed opera singer turned coach and entrepreneur Lucia Cesaroni (MMus 2008) will help you discover how the tools of performance can transform the way you show up in your career.
Drawing on her experiences at the Metropolitan Opera in New York and major stages across Europe, Lucia lectures at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Music and provides private consulting, inspiring others to lead with confidence and authenticity.
Through a series of energizing, on-your-feet exercises, she’ll guide you to:
- Manage nerves: Transform stage fright into confident presence using performance psychology
- Build confidence and presence: Use voice, body language and mindset techniques to project authentic leadership
- Tell your story: Deliver a personal narrative that communicates impact and inspires connection
- Network with impact: Apply skills and strategies during a post-workshop networking hour
This interactive workshop is a unique opportunity to practice, play and push your comfort zone in a supportive space and put your new skills into action right away.
