2013 Arbor Award Recipients

Maruja and her family believe that the humanities are a crucial part of a comprehensive education because they shape how people engage as citizens. Maruja has been an avid and active supporter of the Dictionary of Old English Finance Committee. Through her involvement on the committee she helped enable, ahead of schedule, the full release of a five-year challenge grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to support this important initiative.
