Physical activity can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases from type 2 diabetes to cardiovascular disease. It has the healing and preventative powers of immediate and long-term health benefits, and can improve your quality of life. During this discussion, panelists will share some important information and tips on the benefits of physical activity, and will also identify ways that you can assess your own physical activity levels. The discussion will include a lively Q&A, and the panelists will even show you some examples of exercises to get you moving!

We will be live-streaming this talk for anyone who cannot attend in-person. You can watch the live-stream discussion HERE starting at 5:50 pm. You will also receive a confirmation email with the instructions on how to watch the live-stream two days before the event.
