U of T alumni and friends are invited to a performance of the musical Come From Away, which was hailed as "Masterful, sophisticated and ingenious," by the Toronto Star.
Come From Away reenacts how the remarkable town of Gander in Newfoundland put their lives on hold and opened up their homes to strangers on 9/11 when the world stopped.
After the performance, guests are welcome to attend a Q & A session with the cast, and then join the Canadian writers of the musical, Irene Sankoff and David Hein, for a meet & greet at Sardi's restaurant nearby.
