It has the healing and preventative powers of immediate and long-term health benefits, and can improve your quality of life. During this discussion, panelists will share some important information and tips on the benefits of physical activity, and will also identify ways that you can assess your own physical activity levels. The discussion will include a lively Q&A, and the panelists will even show you some examples of exercises to get you moving!
