2009 Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award Recipients

Jill Carter is recognized as a crucial member of the First Nations community at U of T. A student at the Graduate Centre for Study of Drama, she has made extraordinary efforts on behalf of the First Nations community by tutoring, and organizing Aboriginal Awareness Week and story-weaving and other workshops and lectures. She is cited as an extraordinary individual whose strength, passion and generosity make her a model for her peers and instructors.
