Marion was a researcher on a book which traces the history of Physical Therapy at U of T. Marion served on the Executive Committee of the Physical and Occupational Therapy Alumni Association from 2003 to 2008 and developed its mission statement. She also wrote the nomination of Enid Graham, founder Physical Therapy at U of T, as a Person of National Historic Significance as designated by Parks Canada.
