Dorothy Pringle
Arbor Award 2013 recipient
After her distinguished academic career at the University of Toronto, which included serving as Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Dorothy was Chair of the University of Toronto's United Way Campaign for two years; an effort that saw students, faculty, staff, retirees and alumni rally together to raise funds for those in need. She has also served on and subsequently chaired the Research Ethics and Advisory Committee, guiding the University's practises for research involving human subjects.
