Jim has made an exemplary contribution to nursing students and faculty at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing in his role as clinical preceptor. For 20 years, he has helped guide students through their transition and integration into the nursing workforce. He has consistently provided a superior level of mentorship and has inspired both students and faculty.
