Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2013 recipient
Moneeza has been a driving force for the incorporation of global health into the medical curriculum. Her contributions included leadership of a group of students that identified the need for greater global health education in the curriculum. Three notable outcomes of her leadership were the addition of an elective in Global Health; development of a curriculum of pre-departure training for medical students; and appointment of a faculty lead in Global Health.
