Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2013 recipient
Joel, a graduate student in the Faculty of Arts and Science, founded and now serves as a board member for Venture, a group focused on providing networking, career development and mentorship opportunities for graduate students. He has also held the positions of President, Social Director, and Department Representative for the UTM Association of Graduate Students. He has served on numerous boards and committees including Governing Council, Erindale College Council and the Mississauga Transit Advisory Board.
