2013 Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award Recipients

Woodsworth College student Joanne Cave is one of three U of T students to receive a Rhodes Scholarship this year. She has served as co-president of the Women and Gender Studies Student Union where she was editor of Intersections, the student journal. She has been a mentor in the University's First in the Family Program and helped to plan a research symposium on youth and the determinants of sexual health. In addition to sitting on many campus committees, Joanne has served many other volunteer organizations in Toronto.
