Since 1997 Professor Emeritus Richard Lee has coordinated a summer internship program that allows students from New College and those in anthropology, human biology, pharmacy and physical education to work with organizations in Namibia dealing with social and health issues. Richard has also established a program in which U of T students visit Indigenous commmunity organizations in Belize.
