Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2011 recipient
Woodsworth College student Alexei Bezborodov is president of U of T's chapter of Students for International Development and has helped raise over $15,000 for development projects in Peru. As leader of SID's Peru Project team in 2010, Alex organized 10 three-month volunteer placements for U of T students and helped organize a leadership training program for 28 international volunteers. Alex has also volunteered with the G8 Research Group.
