Devin Ragwen has been a valuable addition to the Executive Committee of the University of Toronto Scarborough Alumni Association (UTSAA) since 2003. He is a committed and dedicated alumnus and takes pride in executing all of his duties in a thorough and timely manner. As the College of Electors representative, Devin's quiet strength and voice brings balance and reason to the important task of electing Alumni Governors to U of T's Governing Council. Devin is a true example of selfless volunteerism.
