2009 Arbor Award Recipients

Frank Morneau is one of the University of St. Michael's College's most respected volunteers. Frank's initial involvement as a member of the college's finance committee lasted for more than 18 years. It led him to his most recent role as the Chair of the College's governing body, the Collegium, a role that he held until January 2009. Frank has also served as a director and chair of the St. Michael's College Foundation.
