2009 Arbor Award Recipients

Anton Davies is a triple graduate of the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering's mechanical and industrial engineering department. A founding member of and active participant in the department's advisory board, Anton's volunteer efforts include organizing field trips for students and leading a range of recruitment activities. He has been a regular panelist and speaker for student and alumni networking events and has even helped new alumni with career placement opportunities. Anton has also devoted his time as an adjudicator on various research funding committees such as the Connaught, Canada Foundation for Innovation and Canada Excellence Research Chairs. In 2006, Anton was inducted into the Engineering Hall of Distinction.
