Anne Dale

Arbor Award 2009 recipient

Anne Dale studied at U of T's Faculty of Dentistry at a time when there were few women studying in this field. She became a role model for women in dentistry. For more than 20 years, Anne has also played an integral role as the curator of the faculty's dental museum. Anne works closely with her husband and fellow graduate, Jack Dale to research and acquire new artifacts for the museum. Together, the Dales have given countless hours to preserve and chronicle dental history in Canada, making the museum one of the best in North America.
