Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2008 recipient
Co-President of the Occupational Therapy Student Council, Sasha Stewart facilitates student participation in interprofessional learning activities at the Faculty of Medicine. She also volunteers to harness student support to help those in need in both Toronto and Jamaica. For the past two years, the master's candidate has served as a member of U of T Students for Jamaica, which raises money for schools in need, and collects clothing and nonperishable food for schoolchildren.
