Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award 2008 recipient
Since 2006, Nancy Arbuah has served as Vice-President of the Graduate Nurses Student Society. In this role, she offered constructive feedback to faculty members which led to positive changes in the master's program. Nancy also worked to build a sense of community within this large, diverse student group. In addition, the master's candidate has developed a peer support system for new nurse practitioner students and provided them with information on online learning opportunities.
