2007 Arbor Award Recipients

Charles Tator has served as President of the Surgical Alumni Association since 2000, playing a central role in reconnecting with alumni and strengthening their relationship with the university. Through his efforts, the association has achieved record levels of support from its constituents, with a banner year of $181,000 in 2005/2006. This support has fuelled the world-renowned Surgeon Scientist program in U of T's Department of Surgery. Charles earned his MD at the University in 1961 and a doctorate in '65.
