This 1999 engineering grad played for the Varsity Blues men's water polo team from 1995 to '99, serving as captain in his final two years. In 2002, Som Seif took the helm by volunteering as the team's head coach. Not only did Coach Seif lead the Blues to four Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Championships in the last five seasons, he helped develop 12 OUA all-star players. Som's recipe for success?
