2007 Arbor Award Recipients

Frank Mills has served Victoria College in many roles: as Chair of the Board of Regents since 2005, as a member since 1991, and as a volunteer on the board's Property Committee since 1985. In addition to providing outstanding leadership to the governing board, Frank has represented the college at numerous university, alumni and student events. He has also served on the college's Campaign Cabinet. As a Class Representative, this 1968 graduate helps co-ordinate class reunions.
