A member of the Master of Biotechnology Advisory Board, Cathy Bright is a strong advocate for the University of Toronto at Mississauga. As Senior Manager, Community Investments at AstraZeneca Canada Inc., Cathy helped establish the Master of Biotechnology program and the related scholarship, research chair and seminar series. She facilitated the establishment of the AstraZeneca Science Liaison Librarianship and the AstraZeneca Centre for Information and Technology Literacy. In partnership with UTM, area hospitals and others, Cathy is helping build a consumer health information resource.
