The Work of Making Integrated Care Work
Dr. Carly Whitmore, RN PhD CPMHN, Assistant Professor and CAMH Chair in Mental Health Nursing Research, leads a program of research focused on improving mental health care and the systems in which that care is provided. In her work, she examines how mental and physical health needs intersect, with a focus on how care is organized, coordinated, and delivered for people living with chronic conditions.
