Kate Bowers (HBA 2009) is a facilitator and learning designer with over 17 years of experience facilitating workshops, guiding strategic conversations, and creating practical, results-oriented learning programs. She is the co-founder of Action/Insight, a boutique AI consulting and learning company where she has spent the last three years helping leaders and their teams navigate the AI era with vision and confidence built from their own earned experience. At the core of her approach is a focus on surfacing meaningful insights that empower teams and individuals to transform their work in strategic and practical ways.
Kate holds certificates in Learning Design from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, Life Coaching from the Centre for Applied Neuroscience, and Applied Positive Psychology from the Flourishing Center. She is also a Clifton Strengths Educator and integrates Appreciative Inquiry and Design Thinking methodologies into her practice.
