Join your fellow U of T alumni and friends for a Saturday casual hike at Takosan!
Takaosan is located in Hachioji, Tokyo, around 1 hour train ride from Shinjuku station. It is a leisure activity with the option of hiking up via the Omotesando course Trail #1, or enjoy the view by taking the cable car to the top of the mountain.
Park entrance fee: 500 yen per person
Cable car: 490 yen one way / 950 yen round trip
Participant should wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing; bring plenty of water and some snacks. In case of bad weather, the alumni representatives and event organizers, Jane Tsang (HBSC 2008 MISS) and Mikki Tomoeda (BSC 1989 UC) will announce by 18:00 on Sept 29.
