SHAKER for Young Alumni: Web Portal Itinerary
Please be advised that the SHAKER for Young Alumni event is 19+. This ticket does not provide access to the Ontario Science Centre (OSC) during the centre’s regular business hours.
OSC Arrival Information
Due to required maintenance, all visitors will need to use the OSC rear entrance to enter the event. Accessible shuttles will be available to provide transportation between the OSC main entrance and rear entrance if needed.
Guests are encouraged to arrive between 6:30–7:00 p.m. to check-in and receive your Alumni Reunion name badge. The check-in will take place at the Rock Paper Science Hall, and the event will take place across Level 6.
Food and Refreshments
Passed appetizers will be served throughout the event venue, as well as numerous food stations and bars. All ticket holders will receive a complimentary drink ticket for one alcoholic beverage, and additional drink tickets can be purchased for $7.99 plus tax with cash, debit, or credit card. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available throughout the evening.
Parking Access
Parking is available at the main parking lot via the Don Mills Rd. entrance. Parking fees will be waived for all attendees. There are designated accessible parking spaces at the parking lot closest to the event entrance. Please see map for more details.
Shuttle Service from St. George Campus
For registrants that have opted to take the complimentary shuttle service to the OSC, check-in will be at the Lash Miller Chemical Laboratories lobby (80 St George St, Toronto, ON M5S 3H6). Guests are encouraged to arrive from 5:00–5:30 p.m. for check-in and name badge pick-up. Check-in and name badge pick-up will not be required at the OSC if completed at Lash Miller.
Shuttles back to the St. George Campus will depart at 10:15 pm from the rear exit.
