Jin played a key role in revitalizing the University of Toronto Alumni group in Korea. As President of the association from 2011 to 2013, he led a period of strong growth in membership and growth, and he remains one of the senior alumni figures in the community. Since then, Jin has continued to be an invaluable adviser, providing guidance and support to U of T’s alumni outreach efforts in South Korea and the Asia-Pacific region more broadly
