Carlo has made an enormous contribution to students through the Math Alumni Mentorship Program. Since 2014, he has offered career advice to close to 300 students, helping them to relate their math courses to everyday work tasks. Carlo is unable to be here tonight. His wife Alison Strickland is accepting the award on his behalf.
