As Canada's ambassador to Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, Ambassador Cooter is an invaluable champion of U of T in the region. Among other things, he promotes U of T archaeology projects and related scholarship and acts as a strong advocate for the University's overseas student recruitment and alumni activities.
