With responsibility for product innovation, strategy, maintenance and P&L, Rachel and the team she leads works closely with numerous partners across the organization to ensure RBC remains a leader in these product categories, meeting and exceeding our clients’ needs.

Prior to joining PSI in July 2020, Rachel was the Managing Director and Head, Business Transformation Canada within RBC Capital Markets’ Strategy and Transformation Group, leading regional and global strategic initiatives with broad enterprise implications, including the Inter-bank Offered Rates (IBOR) Benchmark Reform Program. Rachel has always been dedicated to the advancement of women and a champion for diversity and inclusion. From 2012 to 2015, Rachel served as Chair of SheBiz, an all-day business symposium for young women in high school who are given unique access to business leaders, business topics, and exposure to numerous and existing career opportunities available to women in business. In 2014, Rachel created Ladies Who Lunch (LWL), a program designed to educate young women in high school on opportunities available to them in the finance industry. The name seeks to take back a term that for too long has been associated with leisurely lunches and instead, associate it with powerful and empowering conversations between women. In 2018, Rachel helped found and launch RBC Academy in Canada, an after-school club for high school students focused on highlighting careers and opportunities in Capital Markets.

Rachel has a Masters degree in Economics and has worked in both health care strategy and human capital consulting. Since completing her MBA, she has worked in management consulting and has been with RBC Capital Markets since 2011.
