Evelyn Foo

Evelyn heads up her own consultancy firm specializing in the Finance, Operations and Compliance aspects of Asset Management organizations.  She has spent more than 30 years working at large, medium and boutique firms in senior roles.  She has participated on various industry committees within the Investment Funds Institute of Canada setting up industry standards and policies.  Evelyn also serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee and Board Director of an investment firm.

Evelyn’s volunteer roles include the following: Ambassador for Rotman Commerce Coffee Breaks, Rotman Commerce Steering Committees, Rotman Commerce mentor, and Arts & Science Ten Thousand Coffees speaker and panelist. Evelyn received an Arbor Award in 2019 in recognition of her volunteerism and service to the university.

Subsequent to her graduation from U of T in Commerce, Evelyn obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant license in 1990.
