Your favourite fitness team is back with another high-energy double sweat session, and this one is all about celebrating our soon-to-be graduates!

Get ready for an EPIC 30-minute HIIT session led by familiar Hart House faces, followed by 30 minutes of yoga and meditation—plus an immersive silent disco experience. And did we mention a live DJ?
After the workout, recharge with refreshments, enjoy a special graduation celebration with fun activities, a cake-cutting and a photo booth, and gear up for fitness challenges and exciting prize giveaways. Graduates will be recognized and celebrated throughout the night as they prepare for their big moment.
