About Ehi
Ehi Agbonlahor is the founder of Anutio, an AI-powered career guidance platform, and a product manager in the AI/ML Practice at TD Bank, with 15 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies and startups in North America and Africa. A serial entrepreneur and Rotman MBA graduate, where she graduated with 5 specialties in strategy, consulting, innovation & entrepreneurship, leadership & change management, organizational behavior & HR. During her time at Rotman, Ehi co-founded a student club and established two scholarships for Black students.
Recognized with the BlackNorth Initiative Entrepreneurship Award in 2024, her startup Anutio was a Top 10 finalist among 2,000 global applicants in the Tools EdTech competition. Ehi actively supports early-stage entrepreneurs as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence with the Black Founders Network and organizes career workshops across school boards, universities and colleges.
