In an extension of his acclaimed SoundBites Exhibition (which premiered at the Art Gallery of Hamilton in 2024) this Masterclass will allow attendees to peer into the mind of this creative force as he explains how culture and Hip Hop methods – particularly the practices of sampling, disruption, and innovative thinking - drive his message of love, shape his own life and professional development, and frame his life's calling.

Roger will begin by discussing his early history as an emcee, chef, author and visual artist, while also providing attendees with a deep dive into the Hip Hop methods, techniques and best practices related to his many crafts. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage in the practical application of the knowledge Roger has shared, and receive feedback on their in-class application.
This masterclass is recommended for those interested in the arenas of emceeing and music-making; writing and publishing; visual artistry; the culinary arts; and business and entrepreneurialism.
