Joining Trebilcock is William Kovacic, a distinguished American legal scholar and former Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission. As Canada faces a new economic reality in the face of U.S. tariffs, Trebilcock will share insights from competition law and the impact on Canadian policy and beyond from his 50 plus years of scholarship in the field.
Moderated by Torys partner, Dany Assaf (LLB 1994), a globally recognized lawyer, specializing in competition law and policy.
