Heather Snyder, RPN, MA (Education), BBA
As a teenager in Oakville, Heather was introduced to the world of elder care by way of early employment in Assisted Living and helping family members through their palliative years in-home. Champion Family Consulting was conceptually born in 2007, while professional opportunities in hospitality, adult education, sales, and leadership training were helping her build an arsenal of complementary skills. With the support of her family, the mom of two added Nursing to her repertoire. With a compassionate, creative and out-of-the-box approach to classically confounding challenges, Heather has an inimitable flair for clearing the fog surrounding later-life transitions.
