Join us for a day of fun and interactive learning, recipe testing and food tasting.
Culinary Medicine brings learning to life with cooking, demonstrations, food tasting and a simulated grocery shopping experience, informed by the latest nutrition evidence for dyslipidemia and cardiovascular risk reduction.
Sample accessible ingredients, products and recipes that you can recommend to your patients. You'll also take away strategies to support behaviour change during clinical encounters.
This workshop is accredited by the University of Toronto's Continuing Professional Development office.
