About David
David has 30 years of investment banking experience serving the energy and natural resource industries. He is currently the CEO of Access Corporate Finance. He was previously head of the EMEA Energy Investment Banking practice at Morgan Stanley in London. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, David was a Managing Director at Lazard where he spent 22 years predominantly in London, but also in New York.
He has worked internationally with numerous groups on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, privatisations and IPO’s. He has also advised selected Governments and national energy companies in Europe and the Middle East on various energy matters.
