Join us for a special in-person panel discussion focused on building relationships in the Black community and highlighting the challenges and opportunities of what it means to be Black in corporate spaces.
Breaking Barriers, Building Connections: Bridging the Gap for Black Professionals Panel will occur at the Rotman School on Monday, January 15, 2024, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in Desautels Hall. The discussion will feature alumni panelists Gave Lindo (JD/MBA ’07), Tapfuma Musewe (GEMBA ’20) and Apefa Adjivon (BA ’20), each of whom has first-hand experience navigating corporate Canada as members of the Black community.
Our panelists will highlight the challenges and opportunities by examining what it means to be Black in corporate spaces. They will offer tips on achieving success in corporate spaces as Black people.
A networking session with light refreshments will directly follow the panel discussion.
