Join us for an engaging panel discussion featuring two accomplished Black women who were first-generation students at the University of Toronto. The discussion will feature alumni panelists Lauren Canzius (HBA 2006 A&S WDW) and Baliqis Hashiru (HBA 2015 A&S New), each of whom has valuable first-hand perspective. These trailblazers will reflect on their academic journeys, share the challenges and triumphs they experienced, and offer insights into their transition from university life to professional careers in Canada. Presented in partnership with the University of Toronto Black Alumni Association (UTBAA).
