Students may be nominated by staff, faculty or alumni. Note: a student cannot nominate another student.
This award recognizes students in their final year of study, with a minimum cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 2.70.
All nominees must have at least 1 year of significant volunteer leadership and high-impact service in the year immediately prior to the current nomination period.
Nomination packages must be approved by the candidate and be received by the divisional Nomination Coordinator no later than Friday, November 20, 2020 at 5 p.m.
Five steps to nominating a student
- Nominators should consult the award’s Eligibility Criteria before beginning a nomination to determine the suitability of the candidate.
- The Nominator should complete the 2021 Nomination Form in conjunction with the nominee.
- The Nominator must complete mandatory Section B of the 2021 nomination form.
The Nomination Coordinator will complete Section D once the form has been submitted.
- Divisionally-approved finalists should be submitted to DUA Alumni Relations by the nominee's divisional Nomination Coordinator by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2020 for verification.
Nominations may be submitted via whichever division the Nominator feels is most appropriate; however, only one nomination is allowed per candidate.
