Dave is a past president of the Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design's graduate student union. As a student, he has been instrumental in advocating his classmates' suggestions on course reform, and as a teaching assistant, he has been commended for his leadership and ability to transform technical courses into engaging and entertaining lectures.
