2010 Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award Recipients

From the time she started at the Faculty of Nursing in 2008, Cheryl Silveira has been an avid participant in the Nursing Undergraduate Society. She began as co-treasurer of the society and is now the finance representative on the yearbook committee, working to promote sales that ultimately help subsidize student activities. Cheryl also volunteers with a group of nursing students at the St. Felix Community Shelter, mentoring inner-city children aged 8 to 14.
