2008 Gordon Cressy Student Leadership Award Recipients

Deborah Winter's involvement began at University College, when she held positions on Residence Council in her first two years and took on the role of Wallace House President. Last year, the student body elected Debbie to serve as Residence Representative on the University College Literary and Athletic Society. As well, the bioinformatics and computational biology specialist has acted as captain of an intramural volleyball team since 2005. Presently, Debbie serves as Finance Commissioner on UC Lit's Core Executive.
