2018 Arbor Award Recipients

Professor Albano is an original volunteer for the University Reader Training Program, which provides Readers for the university's annual Convocation ceremonies. He was instrumental in developing the program as well as assembling a team of individuals expertly trained in the deportment and reading of student names at the ceremonies. Since 2012, he has generously volunteered countless hours working with more than 100 readers, contributing to a positive Convocation experience for more than 18,000 graduates annually.
