Eugene Choi

Eugene Choi is the Managing Partner and owner of Blue-Mark Management Consultants, where he leads a strong team of consultants specializing in Organizational Design, Operating Model Definition, Strategy & Planning Facilitation, and Complex Change Management. His diverse background and strong commitment to community involvement make him a valuable addition to the UTAA board. Eugene's expertise spans across various industries, including finance, information & analytics, insurance, technology, CPG, and pension funds.

Earning both his Honours Bachelor of Arts and MBA from the University of Toronto, Eugene's academic accomplishments include being named Valedictorian for his MBA class and being placed on the Dean's List for both his degrees.

Eugene's dedication to community involvement is demonstrated through his roles on the boards of the Children's Aid Society of Toronto and Kennedy House Youth Services. Additionally, Eugene has a passion for giving back to his alma mater that is evident in his volunteer work as a keynote speaker, panelist, alumni ambassador, and job shadow host for the University of Toronto. He has also provided mentorship, career coaching, and leadership development guidance to undergraduate students as both a LINKS Mentor at the Rotman School of Management and a mentor at Woodsworth College.

In recognition of his outstanding volunteer service to the University of Toronto, Eugene is one of the recipients of the 2021 Arbor Awards. The Arbor Awards are the University of Toronto’s highest honour in recognition of exceptional and longstanding volunteer service.
